Hours: Wednesday to Monday, 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (GST). Closed Tuesdays.
Response time: we reply to most messages within one working day.
Booking and cancellations
- All bookings are made through the Little Duck app — choose your wash, location and time slot.
- To reschedule or cancel, open the booking in the app and use the Reschedule or Cancel option.
- If our team is already on the way, contact us by email so we can help directly.
Our washes
- Quack Wash — a quick exterior wash, around 30 minutes.
- Splash Wash — exterior and interior, with polished tyres.
- Duck Wash — exterior and interior with premium shine soap, our most thorough finish.
Each wash is priced separately for sedans and SUVs. Current prices are always shown in the app before you confirm.
Where we work
We are fully mobile and cover Dubai. We wash at homes, villas, apartment parking bays and offices. We need reasonable access to your vehicle and enough space to work safely around it. If your building has restrictions on car washing, please check with building management before booking.
Not happy with a wash?
Tell us within 24 hours of the service and include your booking details and photos where possible. We will review it and put it right.

الحجز والإلغاء
- جميع الحجوزات تتم عبر تطبيق ليتل داك — اختر الباقة والموقع والوقت المناسب.
- لتغيير الموعد أو الإلغاء، افتح الحجز في التطبيق واستخدم خيار إعادة الجدولة أو الإلغاء.
- إذا كان فريقنا في الطريق إليك، راسلنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني لنساعدك مباشرة.
باقاتنا
- باقة كواك — غسيل خارجي سريع خلال ٣٠ دقيقة تقريباً.
- باقة سبلاش — غسيل خارجي وداخلي مع تلميع الإطارات.
- باقة داك — غسيل خارجي وداخلي بصابون لمعان فاخر، وهي الأشمل.
لكل باقة سعر منفصل للسيدان والدفع الرباعي. تظهر الأسعار الحالية دائماً في التطبيق قبل تأكيد الحجز.
مناطق الخدمة
خدمتنا متنقلة بالكامل وتغطي دبي. نغسل السيارات في المنازل والفلل ومواقف الشقق والمكاتب. نحتاج إلى إمكانية الوصول إلى السيارة ومساحة كافية للعمل بأمان حولها. إذا كان مبناك يمنع غسل السيارات، يرجى التأكد من إدارة المبنى قبل الحجز.
