Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Little Duck account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Option 1 — delete in the app
Open the Little Duck app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. This is the fastest route.
Option 2 — request it here
Fill in the form below. It opens your email app with the request ready to send to support@littleduck.ae. We use the phone number or email on your account to find and verify it, so please use the same ones you registered with.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request, usually within one working day.
- We verify that the request comes from the account holder.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.
- You will get a confirmation email once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
- Saved addresses, vehicle details and notification preferences.
- Loyalty points and any unused rewards — these cannot be restored afterwards.
- Service photos of your vehicle.
What we have to keep
We are required to retain records of completed transactions — invoices, payment confirmations and tax records — for the period set by UAE law, normally five years. These are kept separately, used only for legal and accounting purposes, and are not used to contact you or to rebuild your profile. Where possible, they are anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you.
Important
Deleting your account is permanent. Any active or upcoming bookings will be cancelled, and loyalty points will be lost. If you have an unfinished booking, please let it complete first.

حذف حسابك
يمكنك أن تطلب منا حذف حسابك في ليتل داك والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به في أي وقت.
الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق
افتح تطبيق ليتل داك واذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد الطلب. هذه أسرع طريقة.
الطريقة الثانية — عبر هذا النموذج
املأ النموذج أدناه، وسيفتح تطبيق البريد لديك بالطلب جاهزاً للإرسال إلى support@littleduck.ae. نستخدم رقم الهاتف أو البريد المسجل للعثور على حسابك والتحقق منه، لذا استخدم البيانات نفسها التي سجلت بها.
ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك
- نؤكد استلام طلبك، عادةً خلال يوم عمل واحد.
- نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر من صاحب الحساب.
- ننفّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً من التحقق.
- ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عند اكتمال العملية.
ما الذي يُحذف
- ملف حسابك: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور.
- العناوين المحفوظة وبيانات المركبة وتفضيلات الإشعارات.
- نقاط الولاء وأي مكافآت غير مستخدمة — ولا يمكن استرجاعها لاحقاً.
- صور الخدمة الخاصة بمركبتك.
ما الذي يجب علينا الاحتفاظ به
نحن ملزمون بالاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات المكتملة — الفواتير وتأكيدات الدفع والسجلات الضريبية — للمدة التي يحددها القانون الإماراتي، وهي عادة خمس سنوات. تُحفظ هذه السجلات بشكل منفصل وتُستخدم لأغراض قانونية ومحاسبية فقط، ولا تُستخدم للتواصل معك أو لإعادة بناء ملفك. وتُجعل مجهولة الهوية كلما أمكن ذلك.
مهم
حذف الحساب نهائي. سيتم إلغاء أي حجوزات قائمة أو قادمة، وستفقد نقاط الولاء. إذا كان لديك حجز لم يكتمل بعد، يُفضل إتمامه أولاً.
