Little Duck Parking Car Washing L.L.C provides an on-demand mobile car wash service operating in the United Arab Emirates. Through our app, customers can schedule professional car washing services at their preferred location. Services are performed by trained personnel using company-operated vans equipped with eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

  • Phone number — to create your account and log you in with a one-time SMS code (OTP).
  • Name and contact details — to identify your bookings and communicate with you.
  • Vehicle details — such as car type and related information, so we deliver the correct service.
  • Service address and location — so our service van can reach you. You may grant location access to help select your address.
  • Booking and order history — your past and upcoming washes, schedules, and status.
  • Payment status — whether a payment succeeded, failed, or was refunded. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
  • To schedule, deliver, and track your car wash bookings.
  • To process payments and refunds.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To improve the reliability and quality of our service.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Services that process your data

We use trusted providers to operate the app. They process data only as needed to deliver their service:

  • Supabase — secure backend, authentication, and database storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Your card information is entered and handled directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
  • Twilio — sending one-time SMS verification codes for login.
  • Google Maps — maps and location/address selection.

For added security, identifiers such as your phone number and email are stored in hashed form on our servers where possible.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply industry-standard security measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email us at support@littleduck.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also use our account deletion page.

Children

Little Duck is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Governing region

The service is operated for users in the United Arab Emirates, and this policy is governed by applicable UAE law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
